As part of our club we do need some information about you so that we can operate safely. Any data you share with us is strictly confidential and is not shared by us with any other organisation. In line with the GDPR regulations which take effect on the 25th May 2018 we also require your consent on how we use your data.

If you are a parent of a junior fencer please ensure you write in the junior fencers name.
If you are a parent of a junior fencer or are a fencer under the age of 18 please provide your legal guardians email address. We require this for our enhanced Safeguarding Procedures as a sports club. If you are over the age of 18 please write in your own personal email address
You must have your British Fencing Association Number.

If you are a beginner please let us know using the dropdown which course date you would like to join us on. If you are an experienced fencer let us know you want to rock up to the next session.
Do you/ your fencer have any medical or psychological condition our coaches and staff need to be aware of during your time with us at Liverpool Fencing Club. We will never store the nature of this but our coaches may approach so that they can tailor their teaching for you.
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation we will use your data to keep a record of your/your fencers contact details including emergency contact details in the event of a medical emergency. If you do not consent to this use of information we will sadly have to ask you to not attend Liverpool Fencing Club as this is critical in ensuring you are safe at our club.
At Liverpool Fencing Club we will NEVER pass on your email address to any third party. We will only ever email you to inform you of club activities or urgent notices to reach as many of you as possible. If you still do not want to receive any emails from us please select 'I do not' consent but please be advised you may miss some of our communications.
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation we will occasionally use images of you/your fencer as promotional material on our site and our social media pages. You have the right to request for any image to be removed at any point and this will be fulfilled as soon as possible from sources we directly control.
We require all of our fencers to agree to our code of conduct. This means supporting an environment mutual respect to all fencers and staff. To only use our kit in the way in which they have been instructed. To uphold the values of sportsmanship and inclusion both within the club environment and at any external fencing environment which the fencer attends.
