As a reminder, when attending the session please wait in the car park. Contact Liam Melvein to let him know that you have arrived. You will then be contacted when you can enter. Access is through the rear fire door at the side of the building to avoid communal areas as much as possible.
When you are collecting your fencer please wait in the car park and aim to be there at 07:45 PM. Similar to the above let Liam know when you are waiting in the car park. Liam will then contact you to collect your Fencer from the rear entrance fire door. If your fencer is under the age of 18 you must, in person, drop them off at the door and collect them, this is in line with our safeguarding procedure.
Should there be a coach cancellation we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
As a reminder payment is to be completed by bank transfer to Liverpool Fencing Club AFTER the session, within 24 hours.
